Training Program Manager at Aldridge

Harold Hegge has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Harold began their career as a Radio Systems Technician in 1992 in the USAF, where they worked until 2003. Harold then served as the Emergency Management Inspection Team's primary IT advisor, evaluating compliance with telecommunications standards and suggesting changes to policies and practices.

From 2013 to 2015, Harold took on the role of Quality Assurance Manager in the USAF, overseeing IT and telecommunications offices. Harold analyzed the quality of training and progress of IT technicians and implemented policy changes to improve performance.

In 2015, Harold joined Telvista Inc. as a Training Specialist, where they trained individuals on Telematics programs and revised training courses. Harold also served as a Help Desk Trainer for Verizon Fios.

In 2019, Harold began working at FE Technologies as a Technical Coordinator, overseeing technical operations. Lastly, in 2022, they joined Aldridge as a Training Program Manager.
