Bilal Asmar

Bilal Asmar is an experienced IT Applications Manager and Solution Architect at ALEC since October 2014, overseeing the development and management of enterprise solutions and guiding product initiatives. Prior to this, Bilal served as a Senior Application Analyst and Technical Architect, providing architectural guidance to development teams. Previous roles include Senior Software Consultant at Infusion (now Avanade), where Bilal designed large-scale service-oriented web and SharePoint solutions, and Application Specialist at EXCEED IT Services, leading intranet portal migrations. Additional experience as an Enterprise Solutions Consultant at Netways involved extensive work with SharePoint and BPM solutions. Bilal began a career as a Junior Software Developer at Star Point Star, where engagement with clients helped shape project requirements. Bilal holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer and Communications Networks Engineering from Lebanese University and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the Swiss School of Management.
