Belvin Gong

Belvin Gong is a Senior Scientist at Alector since March 2021, previously holding the position of Scientist. Prior to this, Belvin served as Assistant Director and Facility Supervisor at the UCDavis/NIH NeuroMab Facility from May 2006 to February 2021, and as a Postdoctoral Fellow at Johnson and Johnson Pharmaceutical Research and Development, LLC from March 2004 to April 2006. Belvin earned a Ph.D. in Pharmacology from the University of Cambridge between 1999 and 2004, and a B.S. in Biochemistry and Neurobiology from Stony Brook University from 1995 to 1999.
