Jon Evangelista

Jon Evangelista is an experienced professional in the engineering and utility sectors, currently serving as the Manager of Customer Connections at Alectra since June 2021. Prior to this role, Jon held multiple supervisory positions at Toronto Hydro from March 2018 to June 2021, overseeing areas such as Design & Construction, Streetlight Design, and Secondary Distribution Services. Earlier career experience includes roles at Aecon Group Inc. as a Utility Coordinator/Engineer and Engineering Designer, and at DPM Energy Inc. as Team Lead and Designer. Jon holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Management of Technology & Innovation from the Ted Rogers MBA program at Toronto Metropolitan University, along with a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Lakehead University and an Advanced Technology Diploma in Electrical Engineering - Control Systems from Humber College. Additionally, Jon completed Dale Carnegie Training, earning a certificate in Effective Communications & Human Relations.
