Kim Roberts

Kim Roberts is the Executive Director of Upstate, inVio Health Network at Prisma Health. Prior to this, they served as Health & Welfare Benefits Coordinator for Greenville Health System from January 2009 to February 2014. In this role, they were responsible for coordinating all facets of the health & welfare benefits for the second largest employer in South Carolina. Kim also managed a team of benefits representatives that provided customer service and plan support to employees and plan participants.

Roberts has a long history of developing policies, procedures, training tools, and other resources to improve efficiency, productivity, and performance of the benefits department. Kim is also responsible for employee education that includes benefits website, education communications, open enrollment, new hire orientation, and newly acquired practice / hospital benefits transitions. Additionally, they monitor plan utilization to identify trends, education and savings opportunities to develop overall strategies and plan design changes to support population health, and employee satisfaction. Roberts is the primary liaison for health plan appeals and serves as health & welfare HIPAA Privacy Compliance Officer.

Kim Roberts has a Bachelor's Degree in Health Care Administration/Management from Ashford University. Kim Roberts also has a minor in Human Resources from Ashford University. Kim Roberts is certified from the SC Department of Insurance in SC Life & Health Insurance License.

They are on a team with Jay Lucas - SVP, Government Affairs, Jean Meyer - Interim Chief Nursing Executive, and Bonne Johnson - Chief Nursing Officer, Greer Memorial Hospital. Their manager is Mark S. O’Halla, President & CEO, Prisma Health-USC Medical Group.
