Michael Mees

Michael Mees serves as the Director of Customer Care at Alectra since March 2022. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Enbridge Gas Distribution from September 1991 to December 2018, where Michael held key roles such as Director of Customer Safety and Compliance, responsible for the safe delivery of gas distribution services, and General Manager for the Niagara Region, overseeing operations and stakeholder relationships. Additional roles at Enbridge include Director of Customer Care, Director of Planning and Governance, and Director of Finance Reporting and Control, alongside various management and supervisory positions. Michael Mees holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from McMaster University and a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) from the same institution.
