Chelsea Graves

Chelsea Graves, MPA, currently serves as the Sr. Director of Health Plan Performance at Aledade, Inc. since June 2021, previously holding the position of Director of Medicaid Network. Prior experience includes serving as Community Relations Principal at Louisiana Healthcare Connections from November 2012 to June 2021 and as Human Resources Manager at Jefferson Community Health Care Centers, Inc. from August 2010 to October 2012. Chelsea Graves obtained a Master of Public Administration with a focus in Health Care Administration from Southern University and Agricultural and Mechanical College at Baton Rouge, following education at Hattiesburg High School.
