Jessica Gladden

Jessica Gladden is Aledade’s Senior Vice President of People, Strategy, and Operations. Jessica joined Aledade to return to a mission-driven organization and be part of a company that is making a positive impact in healthcare. Prior to joining Aledade, Jessica served as Vice President of Human Resources at Applied Predictive Technologies (APT), where she led efforts in the areas of talent acquisition & retention, performance and compensation management, training & engagement, and diversity & inclusion initiatives. Prior to APT, she was at the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) and Georgetown University Hospital. Jessica received her B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and her M.S. in Organizational Development & Strategic Human Resources from the Johns Hopkins University.
