Lauren Simmers

Lauren Simmers currently serves as Sr. Director of Talent Management at Aledade, Inc., a role held since June 2021. Prior to this, Lauren was with DaVita Kidney Care from August 2012 to June 2021, where responsibilities included leading the strategic HR function for VillageHealth, overseeing talent management, training and development, and recruitment strategies for over 700 teammates.
