Elizabeth Seipp

Elizabeth Seipp, MSHRM, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Senior Director of Talent Development at CommWell Health since June 2025. Previous experience includes leadership roles at CareMax, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed overseeing HR and talent acquisition as well as organizational development from March 2022 to June 2025. Elizabeth also contributed to Pediatric Associates as a Human Resources Business Partner focused on mergers and acquisitions, and managed human resources at Clinical Care Medical Centers. Additional roles include Human Resources Specialist at Fontainebleau Miami Beach and Residency Program Coordinator at Nicklaus Children's Health System, where initiatives included employee engagement and compliance with residency guidelines.
