Monica Cristina Poujol

Monica Cristina Poujol is a seasoned professional in quality improvement and healthcare transformation, currently serving as a Practice Transformation Specialist at Aledade, Inc. since August 2024. Prior to this role, Monica was a Senior Associate of Quality Improvement at Cityblock Health, where leadership in Pre-Visit Planning implementation across five state markets and the development of reporting mechanisms occurred. Monica made significant contributions as a Quality Improvement Manager at La Clinica del Pueblo, leading interdepartmental workgroups and implementing a Patient Experience work plan. Previous experience includes an Operations Consultant role at the Inter-American Development Bank and Program Manager for Quality Improvement and Assurance at Rancho Santana, where various community outreach initiatives were executed. Monica holds a Master of Science in Global Health from Universitat de Barcelona and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Universidad de Monterrey.
