Vincent Mosnier

Vincent Mosnier is an experienced industrial engineering professional with a strong background in methods, planning, and computer integrated manufacturing. Currently serving as the Industrial Engineering/Methods/CIM Manager at Aledia since February 2020, Vincent has contributed to the company's industrial setup by deploying methodologies and processes to enhance effectiveness and establishing KPIs for data-driven decision-making. Prior to Aledia, Vincent spent nearly 18 years at STMicroelectronics, where roles included Senior Industrial Engineer and Project Manager, focusing on production planning, capacity analysis, and Lean initiatives. Earlier experiences include development engineering at GCM Lab in Ecole Polytechnique de Montreal, R&D engineering at Air Products, and training positions at Ciba. Vincent holds a Master of Science degree in Organic Chemistry and Process Engineering from CPE Lyon.
