Andini Ayu

Andini Ayu is a skilled UX Researcher currently working at Aleph-Labs since February 2023. Prior experience includes serving as an Associate Product Manager at Alodokter from October 2021 to January 2023 and conducting product (UX) research at Ruangguru in early 2021. Andini has a comprehensive background in managing research processes from end to end, employing various methods to gather insights on user behavior, and collaborating with design and engineering teams. Additional experience encompasses a creative internship at Buumi Playscape, where responsibilities involved overseeing production and marketing for educational products, as well as multiple roles in event coordination and creative leadership within academic and cultural settings. Andini holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Indonesia, completed in 2021.
