Nicole Gardner

Nicole Gardner is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in risk management and compliance. Currently serving as Senior Director of Bank and Consumer Compliance at Alegeus since October 2021, Nicole previously held the positions of Senior Director of Risk & Governance and Director of Bank Operations at Alegeus Technologies. Prior experience includes a long tenure at Fidelity Investments in various roles, including Director of Risk & Compliance Operations, where Nicole implemented significant risk assessment methodologies, and Director of Operational Quality Assurance, overseeing multiple operational functions. An early career included teaching and tutoring at Manchester School District. Nicole holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from Notre Dame College.
