Erik Hamberg

Erik Hamberg has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over a decade. Erik currently serves as the Total Rewards Director at Alektum Group, where they are responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive HR strategies, including compensation and benefits and employee relations. Erik represents the company in labor law matters, individual disputes, and union negotiations. Prior to this, Erik worked as the Head of Payroll and HR Partner at Norlandia, overseeing strategic and operational development of the department. Erik also has experience as an HR Specialist at Renova AB, where they focused on compensation and benefits development. Erik started their career as a Negotiator/Ombudsman at Akavia (formerly Jusek), handling labor law investigations and negotiations. Erik also served as an HR Business Partner at Västra Götalandsregionen and Uppsala University Hospital, providing consultation and coaching to managers, managing labor law issues and policy matters, and conducting HR training programs.

Erik Hamberg attended Uppsala University from 2003 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor of Philosophy degree, also known as Fil.kand., in the field of Pedagogik, personalutveckling / HR Development.
