Anand Desai

Anand Desai has a comprehensive work experience in the field of human resources and administration. Anand worked as a Lead Site HR at Alembic Pharmaceuticals Limited from 2016 to present. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Manager & Location Head P&A at Godrej from 2013 to 2016. From 2008 to 2013, Anand worked as a Deputy Manager at Enercon India Limited, where they played a crucial role in various initiatives including succession planning, discipline management, promotion policies, and employee engagement. Anand also gained experience as an Executive HR at Reliance Industries Ltd., Sr. Officer (HR & Admn.) at Adani Wilmar Ltd., Officer (P&A) at Sun Pharmaceutical Ind. Ltd., and Assistant Manager (Per. & I.R.) at The Navsari Cotton & Silk Mills Ltd.
