Himanshu Jani [Lion - Open Networker]

Himanshu Jani has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Himanshu started their career in 1992 at Sun Pharmaceuticals Limited in Vadodara, where they worked in human resources for six years. Later, they joined Phlox Pharmaceuticals Ltd in 2001 as an Executive in HR, where they focused on establishing ethical business practices and a healthy work culture. Himanshu also dealt with government bodies and village people during their time there. In 2004, Himanshu joined Alembic Pharmaceuticals Limited, where they have held various positions including Executive, Assistant General Manager, and Dy. General Manager in Human Resources. Currently, they are the Head of Talent Acquisition at Alembic Pharmaceuticals Limited.

Himanshu Jani completed their secondary education in Commerce at Shreyas School in Vadodara from 1983 to 1990. Himanshu went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy at M. S University, Vadodara from 1988 to 1991.
