Parag Desai

Parag Desai has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades in the pharmaceutical industry. Parag started their career as an Area Business Manager at Zydus Group in 1998. Parag then joined Cadila Pharmaceuticals Limited in 2003, where they progressed from the role of Business Area Manager to Product Manager. At Cadila, they were involved in the launch of the Cardiovascular division and made significant contributions to the company's STpase No.

In 2009, Parag Desai moved to Zydus Cadila as the DGM Marketing, being responsible for the P&L of the chronic business segment. During their seven-year tenure, they managed a team of 266 BOs, 53 ABMs, 14 RBMs, and 4 BDMs, fostering a positive team environment.

In 2016, they joined Cipla as an Associate Director in Marketing, overseeing the P&L of the Acute therapy business at Zesta. Parag led a team of 8 Brand Managers and supervised the sales team's activities, including 514 BOs, 100 ABMs, 22 RBMs, and 7 ZBMs.

Currently, Parag Desai is working at Alembic Pharmaceuticals Limited as an Associate Vice President in Sales and Marketing.
