Sanchari Basu Mallik

Sanchari Basu Mallik has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical and research fields. Sanchari is currently working at Alembic Pharmaceuticals Limited as a Lead Investigator in Drug Discovery. Prior to this, they held the role of Research Scientist in Pharmacology at Sphaera Pharma Pte. Ltd. In 2018, they worked as a Visiting Staff and Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Griffith University, where they focused on HPLC based determination of neuroinflammation markers. Sanchari completed their Ph.D. at Manipal Academy of Higher Education, specializing in diabetic wound healing and macrophage polarization. Before that, they gained experience as an In-vivo Pharmacologist and Project/Research Trainee at Ranbaxy. Overall, Sanchari Basu Mallik has a strong background in drug discovery, pharmacology, neuroinflammation, and macrophage polarization.

Sanchari Basu Mallik completed their Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from Manipal College of Pharmaceutical Sciences in 2012. Sanchari then pursued their Master's degree in Pharmacy with a specialization in Pharmacology from Manipal College of Pharmaceutical Sciences from 2012 to 2014.
