Lilia Maria Morales Pruneda

Lilia Maria Morales Pruneda has a strong background in research and development, project management, and technical support. Lilia Maria has held various roles throughout their career, starting in 1993 with High Water Designs LLC, where they established and managed the company's operations team. Lilia Maria then worked at RIP Solutions LLC as a Customer Support Manager, coordinating technical support and troubleshooting new products. From 2005 to 2010, Lilia worked at EFI, first as an Account Manager and then as a Project Manager for UV Ink Development. At Thermo Fisher Scientific, they served as a Project Manager in Research & Development, providing technical expertise and coordinating the procurement of new materials. Most recently, Lilia held the position of Director of R&D and Analytical Technical Services at Alene Candles, where they oversaw R&D initiatives and managed analytical technical services. Throughout their career, Lilia has been involved in product development, process improvement, and customer support, demonstrating their strong abilities in technical leadership and project management.

Lilia Maria Morales Pruneda has a diverse education history, with a focus on technology management and project management. Lilia Maria earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Management of Technology from the UNH Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics, studying from 2011 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's Certificate in Project Management from Boston University, where they attended from 2006 to 2008. Lilia Maria also holds a Certificate in Business Process Management from Boston University, earned from 2005 to 2006.

Lilia has pursued further education in leadership, obtaining a Certificate in Leadership from the University of New Hampshire in 2004. In their earlier years, they completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemical Engineering with a focus on Process Management from ITESO Universidad Jesuita de Guadalajara, studying from 1983 to 1987.

Additionally, Lilia has obtained several certifications to enhance their skill set. Lilia Maria holds a certification in Business Analytics with Excel from Simplilearn, obtained in August 2017. Lilia Maria also earned a Data Scientist - SAS and Excel Certification from Simplilearn in June 2017.

Lilia Maria Morales Pruneda continues to pursue education and is planning to obtain an INNOVATION STRATEGY Certificate from Cornell University starting in 2023.
