Oren Benjamin

Oren Benjamin has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Oren is currently serving as the Global Engineering Head at Aleph Farms since March 2022. Prior to this, Oren held several roles at Teva Pharmaceuticals, including Strategic Projects Management and Team Leader at TEVA Global Engineering from June 2014 to February 2022, and Engineering and Maintenance Manager at TEVA SLE Logistic Center from December 2009 to June 2014. In these positions, they were responsible for various aspects of engineering, maintenance, and project management. Earlier in their career, Oren worked as a Plant Engineer at MAADANOT Ltd. Dough Food Plant from 2005 to 2009, where they oversaw plant expansion and upgrading projects, managed maintenance operations, and led a team of 16 employees. Oren also served as a Plant Engineer at Sharon Laboratories Ltd. from 1999 to 2005, where they managed chemical process systems, maintenance, and safety compliance.

Oren Benjamin completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev between 1995 and 1999. Oren then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Science degree in Industrial & Management Engineering from the same university from 2004 to 2007.
