Mayi Alojado is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment operations across various industries. Currently serving as a Global Senior Recruiter at Aleph Group, Inc., since July 2022, Mayi focuses on sourcing commercial and digital leadership talents in emerging markets within EMEA, APAC, and LATAM. Previous roles include Tech Recruitment Consultant at الرائــــــدة Alraedah and Talent Acquisition Partner - Tech at Swvl, where efforts were directed toward connecting communities through innovative transportation solutions. Mayi has also worked as a Talent Partner at Rizek, the UAE’s first local super app, and as Recruitment Operations Manager at Lions&Gazelles, supporting growth in sales performance and business development in the MEA region. Additional experience includes positions as Talent Researcher at Ortigas Land Corporation and Broker Sales Coordinator at LG Electronics, along with an educational background in Marketing from Far Eastern University.
