Michele Mullor (Michal)

Michele (Michal) Mullor has extensive work experience in various roles related to people management and compensation. They are currently serving as the Chief People Officer at Aleph Group, Inc. Prior to this, they worked at Microsoft for a significant period, where they held the positions of Global Director, M&A HR and Global Sales Compensation. At Microsoft, they led numerous acquisitions, managed various aspects of compensation for different business units, and had a specific focus on Microsoft's Commercial Business. Before joining Microsoft, they served as the Head of Compensation at REI and held the role of Vice President of Human Resources & Compensation at Washington Mutual Bank. They also served as the Head of Compensation at Ricoh USA, Inc. and as the Head of HR at Baan. Their career started in Israeli Military Intelligence, where they served as a Military Intelligence Officer in Unit 8200.

Michele (Michal) Mullor obtained an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Southern California. This educational achievement took place from 2003 to 2006.
