Hila Tsaphrir

Hila Tsaphrir has a wealth of experience in business operations, marketing, and project management. Hila began their career in 2006 as the Chief Executive Officer and Project Manager at B&H Diamonds. In 2009, they became the Executive Manager at DNR Diamonds Inc. In 2013, they took on the role of Project Coordinator at ACT Shenkar (Accelerating Creative Talents), where they coordinated the IDEA project and Shenkar's Acceleration program. In 2014, they became the Head of Operations and Marketing at Hachiko - Wearable collar for dogs. From 2017 to 2022, they served as the Director of Business Operations at The Bridge by Coca-Cola // Turner // Mercedes-Benz. Currently, they are the Business Development Pod Lead at Aleph.

Hila Tsaphrir completed an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 2014, with a focus on Integrative Management. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo in 2008.
