Damian Fernandez

Damian Fernandez has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Damian is currently serving as the General Manager Product & Engineering at Alephee (YC S21) since February 2023. Prior to that, they were a Professor of Maestria - Business Technology & Innovation at Universidad de San Andrés since March 2021. From September 2021 to March 2023, Damian worked as the Chief Digital Officer (CDO) at Interbanking. Damian also held positions at Salesforce, where they were the Head of Solution Engineers and Digital Transformation for LATAM from May 2021 to September 2021, and the Principal Digital Transformation and Innovation Specialist from July 2020 to May 2021.

Damian Fernandez has a diverse education history. Damian obtained a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Empresa, gestión, marketing y disciplinas afines from Stanford University in 2022. Prior to that, they earned a Ph.D. in Computer Science specializing in Artificial intelligence from the University of Phoenix between 2000 and 2002. Damian also holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Computer Science from the Universidad Nacional de La Plata, which they completed from 1995 to 2000. Additionally, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from INSEAD starting in 2015.
