Héctor Pino has work experience in various roles and companies. Héctor started their career as an Internship Trainee at Telefónica in 2016, where they studied platform development and analyzed performance indicators. Héctor then worked as a Sales Executive at Vision Travel Group in 2017, where they implemented marketing strategies and acquired new clients. In 2018, they joined Cebra ® as a Sales Agent and Audit Support, where they focused on selling profitable products and supporting the audit department. From 2020 onwards, they worked at Aleph Solutions (YC S21), where they served as a Customer Support Analyst and Onboarding Project Manager. In this role, they provided technical assistance to clients, documented and resolved issues, and conducted customer training events.

Héctor Pino completed their education in the field of telecommunications engineering. From 2010 to 2016, they attended UCAB - Universidad Católica Andrés Bello and obtained a degree in Engineering.
