Rob Tennant

Rob Tennant is an experienced executive with a strong background in senior living and retail management. Currently, Rob serves as the Executive Director at AlerisLife, leading a culture transformation in one of New York State's largest senior living facilities. Previously, Rob held the position of Executive Director at Atria Senior Living, successfully transforming business operations and enhancing the resident experience. Rob's earlier roles included Regional Director of Sales and Marketing at Benchmark Senior Living and Regional Director of Operations at Community Veterinary Partners, where financial and operational oversight was a key responsibility. Rob's career also encompasses significant experience in the retail sector, including roles at OfficeMax and Kohl's Department Stores, where high customer service standards and operational efficiency were emphasized. Rob holds an AAS degree in Accounting from Herkimer County Community College.
