Pete Blair serves as the Executive Director and Director of Research at Advanced Law Enforcement Rapid Response Training since August 2012. In addition, Pete Blair holds the position of Associate Professor of Criminal Justice at Texas State University since August 2007, and previously worked as an Assistant Professor of Criminal Justice at The University of Texas at San Antonio from August 2004 to August 2007. Earlier academic experience includes serving as a Graduate Assistant at Michigan State University from August 2000 to June 2004. Pete Blair earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Michigan State University and a Master's degree in Law Enforcement and Justice Administration from Western Illinois University.
