Kevin Douglas is a seasoned professional with a strong background in corporate finance and strategic advisory roles across the technology and healthcare sectors. As the Co-Founder of Alertive since January 2020, Kevin focuses on messaging solutions for the healthcare workforce. Prior to this, Kevin served as Director at Princelet Partners, providing corporate finance advice to growing tech companies. Kevin's experience also includes a Non-Executive Director role at I-Nexus, Partner at Meridian Venture Partners, and advisory positions at weComm. Kevin's earlier career features pivotal roles at Inverthorn Capital, Commerzbank as a Proprietary Trader, and KPMG as a Manager. Kevin holds a B.Comm(Hons) degree from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, complemented by education at Hilton College in South Africa.
