Melanie Groner has a diverse work experience, starting in 2007 as an Account Services Program Manager and Training Director at AlertSense. In these roles, they were responsible for providing emergency communication, crisis management, and collaboration platforms to clients worldwide. Melanie worked on simplifying incident reporting, enabling efficient collaboration, and transforming crisis management plans into actionable information. During their time at AlertSense, they ensured that millions of employees, partners, and citizens remained informed and protected in over 100 countries.

Later, in 2010, Melanie joined Wells Fargo as an Online Banking Supervisor. In this role, they trained and mentored new phone bankers, handled customer service relations and sales, and ensured compliance with banking industry standards. Melanie also received multiple awards for their exceptional performance, including 100% Quality Assurance and Service Excellence Awards.

In 2012, Melanie worked at Citi as a Collections Specialist, where they assisted in the system merge and managed Best Buy accounts. Melanie created plans for team members' goals and followed collection practices and customer service standards. Melanie ended their role at Citi in 2013.

Their first degree, a Bachelor's Degree in Communication, General, was earned from Boise State University between 1989 and 1995.
