Anna Garcia

As a lead financial guide, Anna Garcia is responsible for leading the financial guides and client associates on the team, in addition to working directly with clients to identify and meet their specific financial needs and goals. She provides comprehensive advice to help them achieve financial wellness and works closely with experts across Alerus to ensure every client has access to its full suite of diversified services to meet their needs.

Anna joined Alerus in July 2022 through its merger with Metro Phoenix Bank. She has nearly 40 years of experience in the financial industry. She began her career as a teller and has since served in a variety of roles ranging from personal banker to branch manager. She joined Metro Phoenix Bank in 2016 and served most recently as the branch manager.

Anna holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Phoenix and is actively involved with Habitat for Humanity of Central Arizona.
