Juan Alfonso Resendiz Zavala has extensive experience in data engineering and network security management. Currently serving as Gerente Ingenieria Datos y Seguridad at Axtel since November 2019, and as Gerente de Operaciones at Alestra since August 2012, Juan manages multiple teams of engineers across various operational roles. Previous positions include supervising core data networks and dedicated data services at Alestra and working as a consultant in network technology. Juan holds a degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León and possesses significant expertise in MPLS VPN networks, Ethernet technologies, and various networking protocols.
