Doug Harner

Doug Harner serves as a Program Manager at Aleut Federal since October 2021, overseeing the NAVFAC Mid-Atlantic Multiple Award Construction Contract. Prior experiences include roles as Senior Construction Project Manager at HSU Builders, Senior Project Manager at Patriot, and Project Manager positions at ARGO Systems, LLC and Synergi / Accent Architectural, where Doug was also Operations Manager for the Multi-Family Division. Additional experience includes serving as Senior Construction Project Manager at Harbor Group International from 2012 to 2015. Doug Harner holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Penn State University, completed between 1996 and 1999.
