Kylie Vitale has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Kylie most recently served as the Head of People & Culture at Alex Bank since April 2022. Prior to that, they were the Director at Vital People Performance since August 2019. Kylie also held the position of Head of HR at CNG Property Group from September 2020 to April 2022. Previously, they worked as the Head of People and Culture at Volt Bank from October 2017 to October 2019. Kylie has also served as a Human Resources Manager at Aoyin Group Limited, MetLife, craveable brands., Be Learning, and Quantium, gaining valuable experience in various roles and organizations in the industry.

Kylie Vitale has a solid educational background in management. Kylie completed their Masters degree in Management in People and Performance at Macquarie Graduate School of Management (MGSM) from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a Graduate Diploma in Management from the same institution from 2008 to 2010.
