Kathrin Botkin

Kathrin Botkin has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Kathrin is currently working at Alexa Translations as the Senior Vice President since September 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President Operations at Alexa Translations from September 2020 to March 2022.

Before joining Alexa Translations, Kathrin founded their own company called La Solution Idéale in November 2014 and worked as the Founder until September 2020.

Kathrin also worked at SRG Inc. as the SVP Operations from October 2014 to April 2015, where they were responsible for organizational analysis, establishment and organization of departments, and implementation of strategies for product achievement.

During their time at Think8 Systems Inc. as a Partner and COO from July 2012 to November 2014, Kathrin played a key role in formulating growth strategies, developing marketable deliverables, and expanding the company operations.

Additionally, Kathrin worked as a Freelance Management Consultant from 1996 to 2012, where they took on various projects involving personnel evaluation and selection, training program formulation, and optimizing product flow and service departments.

Kathrin Botkin has a diverse education history. Kathrin obtained a Baccalaureate degree in Music and English from Lauenburgische Gelehrtenschule in 1993. Kathrin then attended the Tax Law Academy Munich in 1993-1994 to study Accounting. In 2012-2013, they earned a Certificate in Accounting from the Montreal School of Accounting, specializing in Small Business Accounting. In 2012-2014, they studied Financial Accounting at McGill University. Kathrin also completed a Lean Six Sigma Green course at Lean Sigma Corporation in 2017. Recently, from 2018-2020, they pursued Organizational Management as an EOS Implementer at EOS Base Camp. Additionally, Kathrin Botkin has acquired several certifications, including a Certificate in Accounting from the Montreal School of Accounting and additional courses in Data Analysis & Evaluation and Project Management.
