Currently serving as a Senior Recruiter for Alexander Ash Consulting since September 2021, Ghya specializes in sourcing senior permanent and contract resources across various sectors including Financial Services, Technology, Digital, and Consulting. Prior to this, Ghya worked with Marc Ellis from January 2020 to August 2021, focusing on local and international recruitment within the IT and Digital sectors in the Middle East. Additional experience includes roles at Media World and MMG Facility Management, where responsibilities encompassed payroll management, HR operations, and recruitment processes. Ghya holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the American University of Science and Technology.
