Kit Millan

Kit Millan has a comprehensive work experience in the real estate industry, with a focus on asset management and property operations. From 2014 to the present, they have held the position of Senior Vice President of Asset Management at Alexander & Baldwin, responsible for overseeing all asset management functions. Prior to this, from 2005 to 2014, they worked as the Director of Asset Management for Kamehameha Schools, managing a large commercial real estate portfolio.

Before these roles, Kit Millan owned their own real estate strategy consulting business called Millan Consulting, where they provided advisory services to various organizations across the United States. They also worked as the Vice President of Strategic Development for TenantDirect, a property management software platform, and as a Portfolio Director for AvalonBay, managing luxury apartment assets.

Their early experience includes participating in a Management Development Program and serving as a Supervisor for Airport Operations at United Airlines.

Kit Millan completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from UCLA in the years 1989-1993. Prior to that, Millan attended Iolani School for high school, focusing on College/University Preparatory studies from an unspecified start year to 1988. Millan later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business, graduating between 1996-1998. Additionally, Millan obtained various certifications including the National D Coaching License from the U.S. Soccer Federation in January 2022, the Hawaii Real Estate Salesperson certification from the State of Hawaii DCCA in December 2014, and the Effective Negotiating II and I certifications from KARRASS Effective Negotiating in the years 2009 and 2008, respectively. Millan also holds other coaching licenses, including the F Coaching License and the Grass Roots Coaching Licenses for both 11v11 and 9v9 formats, from the U.S. Soccer Federation.
