Julia Laughton

Julia Laughton has a diverse background in the culinary and aviation industries. Since June 2019, Julia has served as a Baking School Teacher and Administrator at BREAD AHEAD, sharing expertise in baking techniques and managing school operations. Concurrently, Julia has held the position of Pastry Chef at Alexander Hotels since September 2018, showcasing advanced pastry skills in a hospitality environment. Earlier experience includes a role as a Trainee Aviation Broker at Chapman Freeborn Airchartering from November 2016 to April 2017, providing a unique perspective outside the culinary field.
