Cordula Thamm

Cordula Thamm currently serves as the Group Director of Product Development at SERVICEWARE SE, leading the Product Management and Engineering of the Enterprise Service Management Platform since April 2018. In addition, Cordula is a Strategic Advisor at Alexander Thamm, a role initiated in April 2023, focusing on leadership and innovation in artificial intelligence and product development. Prior experience includes managing AI-based tools and leading software development teams as Manager Big Data Strategy at REWE Digital GmbH from April 2015 to March 2018, and working as Consultant & Engagement Manager at Kearney from June 2010 to February 2015, where data-driven methodologies were created for various retailers. Earlier in a position at PTV Group, Cordula led the introduction of business process management. Cordula holds a Master’s Degree in Information Engineering & Management from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Engineering from the University of Konstanz.
