Matthias Lein

Matthias Lein is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in data engineering and autonomous driving technologies. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer and Senior Principal Data Engineer at Alexander Thamm since October 2021, Matthias has previously held significant roles at DXC Technology, where responsibilities included Chief Technologist for Autonomous Driving with BMW. Additionally, Matthias has a strong academic background, having been a Senior Lecturer at Victoria University of Wellington and a Senior Research Officer at Massey University Auckland, following the completion of a Ph.D. in Chemistry from The Philipp University of Marburg.
