Ivan Kousidis

Ivan Kousidis has extensive experience in engineering and operations, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Capital Projects at Alexandria Real Estate Equities, Inc. since July 2021, and as Senior Director of GxP Operations and Engineering at Vertex Pharmaceuticals since April 2020. Prior to these roles, Kousidis held the position of Corporate Vice President of Real Estate, Engineering, and Environmental Health & Safety at Charles River Laboratories from June 2007 to April 2020. Earlier career experience includes a role as Senior Associate at RG Vanderweil from January 1994 to January 2007, and as an HVAC Technician at Peter's Refrigeration from January 1987 to January 1989. Kousidis earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell between 1989 and 1994.
