Jake McCollum

Jake McCollum has extensive experience in real estate development and construction, having served in various roles at Alexandria Real Estate Equities, Inc. from December 2016 to March 2023, including AVP and Senior Project Manager. Prior to this, Jake held the position of Senior Associate Consultant at Triage Consulting Group from January 2012 to July 2014, and worked as Facility Supervisor at Associated Students, Inc. at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo from March 2008 to June 2011. Jake also gained experience as a Management Intern at Independent Electric Supply in the summer of 2010. Educationally, Jake earned a BS in Business Administration and a minor in Construction Management from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, completing studies in January 2011.
