Matthew Ransom

Matthew Ransom is a seasoned financial and market analysis professional with extensive experience in real estate investment and analytics. Since November 2014, Matthew has held various leadership positions at Alexandria Real Estate Equities, Inc., advancing from Analyst to Assistant Vice President, managing acquisition and disposition underwriting for significant real estate transactions. Prior to this role, Matthew served as an Investment Analyst at Marcus & Millichap and a Market Analyst at Lee and Associates, gaining valuable expertise in market research and financial modeling.
