Wes Gleason

Wes Gleason has a diverse background in security and management, with experience in roles ranging from Special Agent in the U.S. Secret Service to Head of Security, Americas at WeWork. Prior to their corporate roles, Wes served as a Captain in the 75th Ranger Regiment in the U.S. Army. Gleason currently holds the position of Assistant Vice President - Security at Alexandria Real Estate Equities, Inc.
