Andreea Negruti

Andreea Negruti is a seasoned professional in talent management and human resources with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Manager of Talent at 3Pillar Global since February 2022, Andreea has also held significant academic and managerial roles, including Associate Professor at Alexandru Ioan Cuza University of Iasi since October 2012. Previous positions include Senior HR Manager at Hindawi Publishing and TiVo, HR Manager at ARCADIS Romania, and HR Lead at Thinslices. Andreea began in HR roles with NATEK and Adecco. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Organizational Psychology from Universitatea „Alexandru Ioan Cuza” din Iași, obtained between 2009 and 2012.
