Ruxandra Ciulu

Ruxandra Ciulu is an experienced HR professional and academic with a robust background in human resource management and economic principles. Currently serving as HR Manager at Expert Network since May 2015, Ruxandra has also held the position of HR Specialist. Concurrently, Ruxandra has been engaged in teaching and research at 'Alexandru Ioan Cuza' University of Iaşi since October 2006, fulfilling roles ranging from assistant professor to associate professor, focusing on various aspects of human resource management. Ruxandra's prior experience includes leadership roles at Adecco România as Branch Manager and Antibiotice as Export Sales Manager and Export Sales Officer. Academically, Ruxandra holds a PhD in Economics, Management, alongside a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor's degree in Management from 'Alexandru Ioan Cuza' University of Iaşi. Additionally, Ruxandra graduated from the National College of Iasi with a high school diploma in Mathematics and Physics.
