Mohammed Mahdi

Mohammed Mahdi serves as the Global Medical Director and TA Lead for Hematology and Nephrology at Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since July 2020, having previously held positions as Medical Director and Associate Medical Director in the same therapeutic areas. Prior experience includes roles at Bayer as Sr. Manager and Medical & Scientific Advisor for Hematology, and at Baxter International Inc. as Sr. Pharmacist Consultant. Mohammed also contributed as a Staff Pharmacist at Shoppers Drug Mart and held various positions in medical communication and consulting, including at Amgen and THETA. Academic qualifications comprise a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) and both an Honours Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (BScPhm) and an Honours Bachelor of Science (HBSc) in Human Biology and Biochemistry, all obtained from the University of Toronto.
