Niccole Larsen

Niccole Larsen currently serves as Senior Medical Director of Global Medical Affairs at Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since July 2024. Previously, Niccole held the position of Senior Director of Medical Affairs at Amolyt Pharma from August 2022 to August 2024 and Director of Medical Affairs at ACADIA Pharmaceuticals Inc. from March 2016 to January 2023, focusing on Parkinson’s disease, dementia, rare diseases, and neuropsychiatric symptoms. Niccole's earlier roles include Medical Science Liaison at Teva Pharmaceuticals, addressing chronic pain and neurological conditions, and Manager of Global Technical Support at Seahorse Bioscience, where the focus was on cellular metabolism and drug development. Niccole began a postdoctoral research associate role at the University of Pittsburgh in the Department of Neurology, working on the roles of astrocytes and DJ-1 in Parkinson's disease, after earning a PhD in Neurobiology and Neurosciences from the University of Pittsburgh. Niccole also holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Nutrition from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University.
