Samuel Giacomucci

Samuel Giacomucci is currently the Head of IT for EUCan and International Rare Disease at Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a position held since October 2024. In addition, Samuel serves as a Member of the Board of Directors for Child Guidance Resource Centers since February 2021. Previously, Samuel held various leadership roles at AstraZeneca, including Director of Global Commercial Operations - Strategy & Planning and Director of Commercial Excellence IT from April 2020 to October 2024, and earlier as Business Analyst Sr. Manager-Global Commercial IT. At Pfizer, from April 2016 to April 2020, Samuel served as Director of Global Commercial Operations - HCP/Patient Engagement and led initiatives to enhance corporate reputation through digital strategies. Samuel's career also includes notable positions in business analysis and deployment leadership at AstraZeneca and previous internships in supply chain services and teaching. Samuel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Supply Chain Management from Penn State University, earned in 2011.
