Sarah Vanbelle

Sarah VanBelle is a seasoned professional in medical writing with over 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as the Director of Medical Writing at Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since September 2022, Sarah previously held various positions at Johnson & Johnson from October 2002 to September 2022, including Associate Director of Regulatory Medical Writing and Manager of Regulatory Medical Writing. Earlier in their career, Sarah worked at Merck from December 1992 to September 2002 in roles such as Medical Program Coordinator and Senior Statistician. Sarah VanBelle earned a Master’s Degree in Statistics from Virginia Tech and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics from St. Olaf College.
